phone hacking is illegal, bribing cops and elected officials is illegal...the buck stops at the top.  he will have to go down with his ship.  when he became an american citizen, he became liable for a law that any american doing business overseas is liable for illegal activities undertaken in foreign countries by that company and can result in him losing his broadcasting rights here in this country, at the very least....
