Who Decides if an Election is Fair?

For some reason Old Man Donnie seems to think he has the ultimate power to declare any election fair, or not.

Was that in the US Constitution?

He had 60+ court cases to prove 202 was unfair and rigged, but he didn't get anyone to accept his speculation and innuendo evidence.

They said there was no evidence.

Of course, if no investigation is allowed, there can never be any evidence.

The only way to correct uncertainly is to put in place rules and laws that insure zero fraud.  Democrats call that voter suppression.

How can Congress certify an election that has so many courts cases unresolved?  Once the election is over, it's over.

Besides, when I hear commies, they tell me the whole electoral college process set forth in our great Constitution is unfair.  They are the biggest doubters of all.

The electoral college was designed to ensure fair elections.

The states are legally obligated to scrub their voter rolls for accuracy.

Only legal residents have the right to vote in America.

Democrats are opposed to all three listed above.

They have no interest in fairness, only outcomes that favor them.

Electoral college is allowing the LESS popular candidate to win, so WHAT is fair about that?

States are doing a good job keeping voter fraud under control, but you disagree based on NOTHING.

ONLY legal residents are voting in America, but GOP is making them jump through hoops, so many who are eligible get turned away.

Democrats are the ones enforcing the above.  GOP voter fraud is found time and time again.

ONLY GOP Candidates get into office because of Electoral College technicality (GWB and Old Man Donnie).

Democrats have ensured that we have free and fair elections.  GOP does not.
