The BLUF is this concept is akin to critical race theory. An obvious attempt to divide us as citizens rather than unite us as democrats falsely claim. Prioritizing one ethnic group over another is very similar to another failed and hypocritical black lives matter racists.

America is the leader in diversity, equity and inclusion programs although only by our constitution, bill of rights etc.

FORCING hiring quotas by racial backgrounds instead of qualifications is how we ended up with Kamala Harris as an example. UNFIT is an understatement.

Finally this leftwing attempt to bring on more class warfare is being exposed for what it is.
