yes, the fact trump has been in office for over a year, and it has been his first fiscal budget year since October, 2017.  That does not negate the fact that Trump was left with a vibrant economy that created a record number of consecutive monthly job growth, an unemployment rate below 5%, a stock market that had almost tripled from where Bush had left it for Obama.  But we are now in Trump land, and his tax cuts, where 80% go the richest 1%, where historically profitable corporations get a 14% tax cut, and 2 trillion more dollars is added to the public debt, is on his watch.  Sure, cutting taxes for the rich and big corporations, plus cutting regulations that protect consumers and workers and limiting lawsuit damages against corporations and cutting almost all EPA regulations help the rich and big corporations make an even large share of the income each year, make the stock market rise, but does that justify the cuts in funding for those who actually need help, and the huge increase to the federal debt?  especially when about half of the new government budget is FOR MILITARY COSTS, not infrastructure, not for improving access to health care, not for research and development, not for renewable energy?  why do we have to keep spending about half our entire budget on the military when we already spend more than the next 8 countries combined?

I feel real sorry for the 1%ers who do not have to brains to take huge profits in a very long in the tooth bull market, funded by extraordinary QE and extraordinary low interest rates.   Stay in there at your own high risk and peril.
