There were MANY vantage points to see the assassin IF the Secret Service had merely bothered to LOOK!!!

Many attendees were yelling about the guy on the roof with a rifle.

No action was taken until AFTER the assassin got off a few shots!!!

THANK GOD that He intervened and the bullets missed their target.

Well yes in fact there was action going on wavy.

The police were working to identify several people they had concerns about.   The shooter was one of those people.

Two local police officers were overlooking the roof from a 2nd floor window of the building.    They saw the guy who was identified as the shooter and left their post to go look for him.

A police officer was boosted up onto the roof with the shoot but he backed off when the shooter pointed his rifle at him

I hadn't see anything where the police saw a rifle until the shooting started.    Do you have a link to that wavy?

There are many YouTube videos that include attendees yelling about a guy on the roof with a rifle even ones AS he was climbing up
   and as he was "bear-crawling" up to get into pposition.
