Yes, I believe Trump said that.  But I don’t believe he said his vow was contingent on whether or not certain people donated to his campaign.


He will repeal those stifling regulations regardless who donates to his campaign.  So your headline is incorrect.

Seeing as how he needs congressional approval to get rid of the regulations I don't see him doing much of anything about them.   Just like he failed to live up to his ObamaCare and Infrastructer promises.
