Everything he has done is perfectly legal so there would be no need for him to take the stand!


Agreed.  There isn't even a need to present a defense because the prosecution hasn't even made their own case that any crime was committed.

No they didn’t.  Trump reported his expenses accurately and correctly.  It was not a campaign expense.  That’s why he didn’t report it as a campaign expense.
