According to the American University’s website, the 13 keys are:

- Party mandate: After the midterm elections, the incumbent party holds more seats in the US House of Representatives than after the previous midterm elections.
- Contest: There is no serious contest for the incumbent party nomination.
- Incumbency: The incumbent party candidate is the sitting president.
- Third-party: There is no significant third-party or independent campaign.
- Short term economy: The economy is not in recession during the election campaign.
- Long-term economy: Real per capita economic growth during the term equals or exceeds mean growth during the previous two terms.
- Policy change: The incumbent administration affects major changes in national policy.
- Social unrest: There is no sustained social unrest during the term.
- Scandal: The incumbent administration is untainted by major scandal.
- Foreign/military failure: The incumbent administration suffers no major failure in foreign or military affairs.
- Foreign/military success: The incumbent administration achieves a major success in foreign or military affairs.
- Incumbent charisma: The incumbent party candidate is charismatic or a national hero.
- Challenger charisma: The challenging party candidate is not charismatic or a national hero.

- Contest: RFK Jr., Wendy Williamson Once again, NOT the question.  Biden is the Incumbent and he had no opponent.  Trump did, so Biden wins this one.
- Incumbency: The incumbent party candidate is the sitting president.  Another WIN for Biden
- Third-party: RFK Jr., Jill Stein, Cornell West  Unless they are in double digits, they are NOT a threat.  so biden wins this one too.
- Short term economy: The economy is significantly slowing  Maybe, but it's to be the economy at Election Time - 6 months from now.
- Long-term economy: Real per capita economic growth during the term is outpaced by inflation True
- Policy change - Passed infrastructure bill, jobs bill, guns regulation bill, CHIPS Bill, COVID Bill, over-the-counter emergency contraception, forced a cut in fees levied by airlines, cable companies, concert ticket-sellers and hotels, etc
- Social unrest: There is sustained social unrest - Hamas/Nazi demonstrations.  This is NOTHING Like what we had under Trump.
- Scandal: The incumbent administration is mired in corruption scandals Trump had this in spades.  Not one indictment in boden Administration.
- Foreign/military failure: The incumbent administration suffers several major failure in foreign or military affairs.  Ukraine is seen as a success, but we will have to wait 6 months to see if anything else pops up.  Israel/Hamas could be LONG gone by then.
- Foreign/military success: The incumbent administration achieves no major success in foreign or military affairs.  So far.
- Incumbent charisma: The incumbent party candidate is not charismatic or a national hero. Actually, Joe is very charismatic, or was.  Still has it somewhat, but he looks stellar compared to Trump.  And Joe DID get the Medal of Freedom.  Trump got fucked, or gave himself trophies.
- Challenger charisma: The challenging party candidate is a charismatic or a national hero. As above, Trump is disgusting, mean, and whines about everything.  Any charisma he had is LONG gone.  Trump is NOT a national hero, except in his own mind.
