Dardemeds, Obama would not be to blame for the current economic condition had he not made it far worse. Unemployment was 7.2 when he took office, yet, since he has taken office, it has not been that low again. It is now 9.2, and that is because of the one, aka, The Evil One, or Obama.

It's clear to me that Barack Obama has done everything right since taking office on January 20, 2009.  The only reason why the economy is still faltering is because Bush left it in even worse shape than we originally thought!

Any ballanced budget Amendment must include limits on taxation otherwise democrats will simply raise taxes ad infinitum saying the constitution requires it!

So it was 7.2 under dick in bush and it is now 9.4 so Obama made it so bad.. Get a reality pill ass hole!

Before a balanced budget amendment could work, we would need representatives that obey the law, the Constitution.  There are so many examples of unconstitutional actions from Washington, I just don't see how another law would help.
 
I see debates going on here daily over whether folks agree with the details over which an action was rationalized, but leaving the important question of whether the action is even lawful as an unspoken assumption that it is.
 
Until that changes, amendments mean squat.

The difference is Obama's 9.2% unemployment rate has long since eclipsed Bush's 7.2% unemployment rate in duration!
